You should be comfortable producing idiomatic code in a large multi-author code base using standard tools and strong in data structures and algorithms.
We would consider at least 2 years of work experience building software to solve problems.
More experienced candidates should be able to demonstrate significant expertise in at least one niche area relevant to low level trading.
